One of the coolest experiences in Central Texas, the Crystal Kayak Glow Tour takes you on a unique glow kayaking adventure in San Marcos along the beautiful San Marcos River at night. Using translucent kayaks equipped with underwater LED lights, this night kayaking tour offers a one-of-a-kind view of the river below.
Each crystal kayak acts like a magnifying glass into the aquatic world beneath you, illuminated by LED lights with 7 different colors and settings to choose from, creating a fully customizable glow kayaking experience.
The trip begins with paddle instruction from one of our experienced guides. You are then guided down the San Marcos River to explore its clear waters at night. Enjoy stunning views of the river, local wildlife, and the unique wild rice grass, followed by a peaceful and surreal kayaking experience under the stars.
Passengers may not exceed 250 lbs each, and the total weight per kayak may not exceed 425 lbs.
Pricing is per person, not per kayak. Each kayak seats two people. Guests in odd-numbered groups may be seated alone or paired with another guest.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time at 170 Charles Austin Dr, San Marcos, TX 78666. We will be in a white truck parked by the river next to Lions Club Tubing.

Additional Information:
All participants must sign a waiver and minors (under age 18) must have a guardian sign for them. Waivers will be provided upon booking.
Please leave your valuables at home or well hidden within your vehicle. We will happily hold your keys for you while you are on the water, but are unable to hold any other personal items.
Bring water or other drinks in non-glass containers, preferably re-usable containers.
Minimum of 4 people required for tour to take place. You can book with less than 4 people and will be notified day-of if other people have not signed up for the same tour in order to meet the 4 person minimum.
For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund in full. We do not accept cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation. In the case of inclement weather you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
