Glow Tour F.A.Q.
How much does it cost? 30$ per person per tour.
When can I go? We operate 7 nights a week throughout the summer, spots are limited and must be reserved in advance
How do I reserve my spot?
Are there any age restrictions? No age restrictions, however, all participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long is the Glow tour? Around 60 minutes in duration.
Do I have to know how to swim? Yes.
Do I have to know how to paddleboard? Nope! Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will teach you the basics of paddleboarding and you will be up in no time!
What do I need to wear/bring? Swimsuit/active wear, water shoes, water for hydration and a cheerful attitude.
All participants must sign a waiver and minors (under age 18) must have a guardian sign for them. Waivers will be provided upon arrival.
Please leave your valuables at home or well hidden within your vehicle. We will happily hold your keys for you while you are on the water, but are unable to hold any other personal items.
Bring water or other drinks in non-glass containers, preferably re-usable containers.
Minimum of 4 people required for tour to take place. You can book with less than 4 people and will be notified day-of if other people have not signed up for the same tour in order to meet the four person minimum.
For cancellations, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund in full. We do not accept cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation. In the case of inclement weather you have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
